Smoked Salmon And Scrambled Eggs


They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If you think that what you eat for breakfast will set you up for the entire day, then you’re probably not wrong. Carbohydrates release serotonin, a calming neurotransmitter within the body. “Carb coma” ring any bells? So its best not to start your day with a big carbohydrate hit. Instead try a high protein/fat combo like the one below. Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs has to be one of my favourite breakfasts ever.
