How To Make The Perfect Boiled Egg
Putting the boiled egg and goats cheese salad together is self explanatory. The hard part is getting your boiled eggs to the perfect desired consistency. Bring some water to the boil in a pan, before turning down slightly to a simmer. Dip your eggs in and out and then slowly lower them into the water. Use the time guide below to get them right every time.

5 minutes – Soft boiled
7 minutes – Medium boiled
10 minutes – Hard boiled

Once the time is up, remove the eggs from the pan and immediately run under some cold water. This will prevent them from cooking further. You can then peel the eggs and have them ready to serve.
