Our Privacy and Data Protection Policy is designed to tell you, the user of our website www.abcfit.co.uk and any other services provided by us via and technology or media (the “Service”) about our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal and other information about you or your business that may be provided or collected through means such as an online forms, email or telephone communication.

This information will be kept securely on file for one year after your online coaching package expires. This is for the purpose of reference and improving our services if you choose to renew your package.

  • An IP address is a number assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), so you can access the Internet.   • We will take all reasonable steps in accordance with our legal obligations to update or correct personally identifiable information in our possession.
  • You have the right to see what data we have about you, if any, change/correct any data we have about you and have us delete any data we have about you.
