Teriyaki Prawn Stir-Fry

Teriyaki Prawn Stir-Fry

Ingredients (makes one serving)
50g wholewheat noodles
200g cooked and peeled prawns
3 spring onions, finely chopped
Large handful of broccoli, chopped
Tablespoon coconut oil
50g teriyaki sauce

This one really is so easy to make! Start by boiling your noodles for 10 minutes, meanwhile grab a large pan or wok and heat up some coconut oil on a medium heat. Once warm add your spring onions and broccoli and cook for 5-10 minutes. Stir throughly to prevent them from burning. Next you’re going to want to add your cooked noodles, prawns and teriyaki sauce. Warm through and stir regularly for five minutes or so, but no more or else your prawns will be very chewy. Serve up in a plate or bowl and enjoy.
