Mobility Tool Box Essentials

By 5th April 2015Recovery

Your muscles take a regular battering from weight training, sitting, walking, running and many more daily activities you may embark on. Therefor it’s vital to keep them supple and healthy by regularly performing various SMR, stretching and active recovery methods. I would highly encourage everyone to build a mobility tool box that can be used often in the comfort of your own home or the gym.

There’s plenty more mobility tools on the market you could look at, but remember this is an essentials tool box. It’s also worth mentioning that neither ABC or Aaron Breckell are affiliated with any of the products shown, but we believe that credit should be given where credit is due. All the above products have been tried and tested and are worth investing in. If you don’t have access to any of the tools or it’s not in the budget, remember you can improvise. How about a wine bottle for a foam roller? A golf ball for a small massage ball? Or a bicycle inner tube for a floss band?
